Hi Nikhil,
ReplyDeleteI have a problem with a TC 8.1 installation. For CAM we use the manifestation relation to an Item Revision. The Owning Group of the Item revision is Engineering, The Owning Group of Manifestation is Manufacturing.
Manufacturing is creating a WaveLink and because of this they are the owning group.
Now Engineering is trying to make a Clone, but they don't have the correct rights to do this. This is only a Problem when there is a WaveLink. The rights for the Manifestations are copy, write for the Group Engineering.
We also made the preferences for the Pseudo-folders for the wavelinks, but we don't see the Wavelinks in TC.
I think this has something to do with the Wavelink between ItemRev and Manifestation, instead a Wavelink in an Assembly.
Do you know how we can see this Wavelink in TC?
How can we set the correct ACL, so Engineering can make a clone?
Regards,
Menk
